High quality Chuck and American Wagyu beef with hand pressed patties covered with melted cheddar cheese, topped with our tangy BBQ sauce and a crispy onion ring cooked in beef tallow. All of this is on in-house homemade buns.
A perfect 1/3 lb Brisket/Chuck blend cooked medium with melted Swiss cheese. We then pile on locally produced Lower's Pastrami, lettuce, tomato, onion, and our amazing Burly Sauce (think fry sauce with a twist) all piled on a toasted locally sourced Salt City Baking bun.
