Executive Director

Brent oversees all aspects of the beef checkoff programs.
Jacob Schmidt, RDN
Programs Director
Program Areas: Advertising, Consumer Communications, Nutrition Communication, Health Educators & Professionals, Public Relations, Producer Communications.
Jacob handles the day-to-day marketing and advertising.
Board of Directors
The Utah Beef Council board of directors oversees activities and programs funded by the Beef Checkoff in the state of Utah. They review, authorize, and give direction for the spending of beef checkoff dollars in promotion, education, and information.
