Curry Mayonnaise


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Cook's Tip: Greek yogurt or reduced-fat mayonnaise may be substituted for mayonnaise.
